An artistic card game that immerses players in the vibrant world of theater. Featuring Koala Actor Cards, Backstage Cards, and Audition Cards.
Players use their own deck in game play card (TCG style).
Koalas On Broadway has skill values for Dancing, Acting, and Singing, as well as a unique KEM (Koalas Entertainment Metric) score.
Players begin by “koalifying” their Actor Cards for auditions by meeting skill requirements. Once qualified, they compete against opponents to win auditions using their skills, supported by strategic Backstage cards that provide extra powers.
Winning an audition means placing the cards on your Stage and Backstage. The game ends when one player fills both their Stage and Backstage, but the winner is the player with the highest combined KEM score.
Showstopper Wild Cards add twists to the gameplay, potentially upending strategies. Some auditions will be worth winning, some you’ll want to avoid, and others you’ll be forced to win—making every decision a part of the drama!
