The game
The Fisherman is a game designed for 1*-4 players, aged 8 and up, where you take command of a fishing vessel and set sail towards unknown seas to capture the most coveted, largest, and possibly unknown species, all while trying to return safely to port, avoiding the dangers of the sea and the fierce competition from other players.

Gameplay
The player creates their own vessel as they would in a role-playing game, assigning a name to their fishing boat, a captain, and a crew. The reference values for the vessel are then created. Essential items are loaded on board, such as defibrillators, distress flares, life buoys, and…weapons for self-defense. Next, you set sail, aiming to reach the most bountiful and deepest fishing grounds with the available fuel, being careful not to run out. The ocean is divided into 4 zones to capture the biggest, strongest fish and new species to bring back to port, hopefully, safe and sound. Be mindful of your fuel, as running out in the open sea will make it difficult to return to port. Other players might demand something in return to help you…or you could wait for the tide to bring you closer to the coast, but with a significant risk of potential disasters.
